Commercial Interiors

Architectural photography of the interior of commercial buildings presents a huge array of lighting and composition challenges. A single project can require photos of the elegant office of a corporate CEO, other office spaces, manufacturing areas, retails spaces, and any other type of type of spaces that a photographer can image.

In an effort to be prepared to get the full variety of shots the client may need I try to scout commercial locations prior to the day of the shoot. In doing so I can plan what tools and equipment I will need more carefully. Scouting the job also gives me the chance to plan what kind of shots and lighting may be possible. Preparation and planning are, without a doubt, the most important factors in creating the most effective images of commercial interiors.
